'Chime' Instrument Turns City Sounds Into Musical Compositions


Horns honking, engines running and construction clanging — the urban jungle’s daily noises can be hard on the ears, and easy to ignore

But Marc De Pape, a self-described “creative technologist” based in Toronto, is encouraging urbanites to tune back in by turning these city sounds into music
