Apple Watch fanatics camp outside stores, as first batch of devices are delivered

The Apple Watch started arriving on doorsteps nationwide on Friday, marking the first time Apple’s much-hyped smartwatch has landed on consumer wrists. While some stayed up until 3 a.m. to order one online two weeks ago, many others camped out in long lines outside select stores overnight Friday.
